Some time ago, at the end of October I have received a card from my former family living in Mäntsälä. The envelope was looking strange, I mean in the way it wants to say something important about peoples’ lives. I opened it with shaking hands and…
- WHAT?! WOOOOW!!! My hosts got married not telling anyone!
Here I started to run around the house and table in the dining room, swinging the card in my hand and screaming from happiness! Of course first before I confirmed my arrival I had to discuss with my family if they have no plans for that weekend. But it turned out that Jacek will be on a boat then, Sari is going on some kind of a weekend camp for families and due to that Karla will go to the grandparents for this time. So I was officially free to go :) I decided to go there by train as there is now the train station in Mäntsälä. On Friday I had a day off so I decided to sleep longer and go sleep earlier. I wanted to do some more things but actually I’ve spend my whole day hanging around the house in my pyjamas and dressing gown. I wanted to go for a walk, watch a movie and do some wellness stuff to me but the only thing I’ve done was sitting at the computer. Although I’ve adjusted and published some photos on www.saiyanka.deviantart.com site. In the end I went to bed at 1 a.m. and fall asleep somewhere between 3 and 4. I got up on Saturday morning at 8 because my train was leaving from Pori at 10.15 and I had to walk to the station and buy the ticket. I packed my all stuff on the evening but anyway I was in little rush. When I was just about to left from house my telephone rang. That was my boss because he couldn’t reach his wife on the phone. So I started my walk towards the city centre. I didn’t remember where exactly the train station is so I checked map of Pori on the morning, just to be sure if I do thing right. I was wrong and if I don’t check it I wouldn’t get to the place on time. (Thank you my Intuition…I’ll try to listen you more often…like it was this time) So I got there without any problems, bought the ticket that costs 40 EUROS!!! And set out on a journey that leads to Mäntsälä. I had to change local train on to Inter City in Tampere and then in Vantaa – Tikkurila change it for regional train going to Lahti. Therefore in Mäntsälä I was at 14.18. When I was on the station someone said to me „HI!” behind my back. I turn around and who do I see – Marko! An old friend of Kaitsu. The one Kaitsu wanted to hook me up with! LOL! But anyway it was so nice to see him again. Then after a while of waiting on the parking place in milk like mist we’ve met Kaitsu and Matti and they drove us towards Kauklampi. It was so nice to hear them speaking. Somehow at this stage of my Finnish I understand them more comparing to people from Pori area. But I guess that will come with time or maybe even faster, just have to care more about it :D *Ahem* So that was also the moment when I saw autumn on this place for the first time. I was living there during winter, then spring and early summer so now I have seen all 4 seasons. Although I suppose that if I would like to see REAL autumn, I should come there like September or early October. But never mind, coming back to the event. When I entered the house I was under some magical influence. I have no idea what was that but the atmosphere of the place bewitched! Burning candles where everywhere. So I’ve met Mirka and the others inside and just after Marko said his wishes, I said mine [I’m very poor at this things, don’t know how to thank etc…I know that’s kinda pathetic! And pain in my ass!] and gave little gift. I’ve bought a book “Encyclopaedia of Harley Davidson” :D Please…do not ask why such gift :D But anyway, then the family and friends started to gather around, and it started to be more crowded. And really people are like heaters! omg! It was so warm inside! But what to tell an unbelievable thing had happened! I was talking Finnish like ¾ of time I spend there. AMAZING! But that’s not an art to speak language, the tricky thing is to speak and being fully understood. And so I succeed in it! Gotcha! Later then Mirka told me that all of people invited got their invitations in same way I did! :D I mean that no one knew that they got married! And then KABOOOOOM!!! Surprise! An awesome surprise! There was also kinda funny situation in the kitchen. Mirka’s brother Kai was taking coffee from the coffee express when this thing happened. He just overturned one part of the coffee master and whole coffee from the coffee filter was on the floor. So he started to clean up that mess when suddenly his brother Tommi came in and:
T: Mitä sä teet? (What are you doing?)
K: … [forgot what he said in Finnish] (I knocked over the coffee filter.)
T: Miksi?! (Why?!)
I have no idea if that would be funny for you but I was laughing my ass off then. That was gorgeous! Then later we were talking, Kaitsu was showing photos from summer, trip to England and God’s Squad site. A bit later I was watching Saw II with the kids. That was the second time I’ve seen it and it wasn’t scary at all. Somehow even boring. Only I know how I am scared of watching horrors and such movies and my bf he knows that too though he loves this type of the cinema. It’s not that I’m scared of scenes in the movie, but that I will have 1000% more awful and sleepless nights after watching. Only two of my friends know what kind of nightmares they are like. Later in TV was Devil’s Advocate. It’s one of my favs so I had to see it again ^^. After the movie I went asleep. I was sleeping downstairs on the sofa. My night was kind of those in the middle, not bad but not good too. I couldn’t fall asleep for a long time. That was caused probably by late drunk coffee and emotions connected with the trip and the day :) And… Iita was snoring, Iivo sniffed something in the middle of the night so he jumped on the sofa to get to the window. I was on a sofa, so he jumped on me. Luckily he’s a cocker spaniel [fiuuuh]. Then later Mörski came, sit next to my head and put his tail on my face! <3 Lovely rag doll…fortunately he didn’t put his paws there, as my cat does. [She jumps on my head while I’m sleeping! Rotfl!] Then on the morning around 9 am my boss called me…I swear I didn’t drink any alcohol (cause there was no alco on the party) but I was totally half-conscious and brain-dead! And then after the phone call I’ve fall asleep for maybe 20 minutes when Iita came to me and started to nurse on my face! YUK! So no sleep…had to turn on the other side and try to fall again but with no success. So I ended up lying with closed eyes and thinking about many different things. After everybody got up we were watching witch Kaitsu some movies about Choppers and waiting for sauna. [lol never been to sauna on the morning]. The breakfast consisted of coffee and cakes! LOL! And then later came time to leave the place again and set off on a journey back home. My friends were so nice that they dropped me to Riihimäki, so my road was shorter. And again I had to change train in Tampere. The one I was travelling back to Pori was kinda rusty corpse train. It was all way grating, screeching and creaking. I was wondering when it will fall apart and when, but it drove me safely to Pori before driving me mad cause of sounds. Then I stepped in to my bf’s place so I could see Gears of War! THAT GAME ROCKS! Although I hate such kind games, that one made a huge impression on me, not mentioning the graphical side that turns your brain upside down! I wish Dead Rising had such graph, cause it looks like violent The Sims: Zombies in the Mall! Omg! And so the day and evening ended up awesome nice :P
Greetings to all of you and the others too :D
I have to admit that listening to Sinatra’s songs makes my writing easier :D That helps LOL! :D
